Pilots
Run the arena with your people.
Bakery Bash runs as a cohort match today. Pilots start as a conversation: your course or team, our arena, and a debrief you can hold in your hands.
Two tracks
Courses and teams.
For courses
Micro, strategy, managerial economics, analytics, and any course where decisions under competition are the point.
- One cohort match in a single class block (5 rounds, 60-90 minutes)
- Browser only; students join with a link
- Round-by-round decision log for the debrief you run
For teams
Analyst cohorts, onboarding classes, and any group that should practice judgment before it gets expensive.
- A cohort match as a facilitated session block
- No install, no accounts to provision
- The same decision data, readable by your own people
Measurement
Honest numbers only.
The game logs every decision, so a pilot readout can show how choices and outcomes moved round over round: pricing against the market, reactions to a rival's move, adjustment after a bad round.
Validated skill-lift metrics do not exist yet. Pilot partners are how that evidence gets built, and partners shape what the instrument should measure.
Your data
Answers before you ask.
- Accounts
- None. Players join a match with a link.
- What is logged
- In-game decisions and results, per round.
- Who sees what
- Players see their own debrief; the instructor or facilitator sees their cohort.
- Retention
- Match data serves the debrief; we keep it no longer than the pilot needs.
